Help build something that changes lives

OIA grows through people who believe Iranian newcomers deserve a real chance. Whether you have an hour, a skill, or a company that wants to give back — there is a place for you here.

Volunteer your time

Help at events and markets, welcome new members, or support our workshops. Even a few hours makes a real difference.

Share a skill

Teach a workshop or mentor a member in English, business, design, wellness or a creative craft. Your expertise can change a life.

Become a mentor

Walk beside one member as they build their confidence, language or business. Mentorship is our most powerful program.

Partner & sponsor

We work with businesses, community organizations and sponsors who want to invest in the success of Iranian newcomers. Partnership can mean funding a program, hosting an event, offering venue space, or sponsoring a market. Every partnership is built around real, measurable impact.
